We are here to bring the galette to you!
Not a crêpe, not quite a pancake… it is a delicious French classic, traditionally made with buckwheat flour (naturally gluten free if you want to know 😋) and filled with all sorts of good things.
Today, we are bringing together two wonderful French favourites: Comté cheese and smoked ham 😋
Think rich, nutty, beautifully melted Comté meeting the savoury goodness of smoked ham. A match made in French food heaven!
And don’t worry, Comté is a French cheese with plenty of character, but without quite the aromatic ambitions of a Camembert 😂
