We have been getting some great questions about gluten-free options at Arรดme, so hereโs the scoop:
๐ Our menu features viennoiserie ๐ฅ and traditional French galettes ๐ซ๐ท lovingly made on site with certified organic ingredients because we believe good food starts with good ingredients.
๐ Organic flours do contain gluten therefore our products may not be suitable for people with gluten sensitivities.
๐ ๐ก๐ผ๐๐ฒ however that our French buckwheat galettes are made with sarrasin (๐ฏ๐๐ฐ๐ธ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฎ๐) which is naturally gluten-free.
